ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICES
TOWING SERVICE
Towing to the nearest qualified, licensed repair facility or another destination of Your choice, subject to the applicable service limit.
BATTERY BOOST SERVICE
Battery boost or jump-start service to assist in Your Vehicle.
FLAT TIRE SERVICE
Installation of Your serviceable spare tire.
If the spare tire cannot be installed safely at the roadside, eligible towing services may be available, subject to the terms, conditions, and service limits of this Service Contract.
FUEL DELIVERY & ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) MOBILE CHARGING SERVICE
Emergency fuel delivery (fuel cost not included) or mobile charging assistance for electric vehicles.
LOCK-OUT SERVICE
Assistance to gain entry to Your Vehicle when the keys are accidentally locked inside.
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE FOR YOUR VEHICLE - NO MATTER WHO'S BEHIND THE WHEEL
Your Service Contract stays with Your Vehicle, not the driver. Any authorized driver may receive eligible Roadside Assistance Services when needed, subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and service limits of this Service Contract.

You have the flexibility to choose the Roadside Assistance provider that best meets Your needs. Eligible Roadside Assistance Service expenses may be submitted for reimbursement, subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and service limits of this Service Contract.
Already have Roadside Assistance through Your Vehicle manufacturer or another program?
NO PROBLEM!
If Your existing roadside assistance program does not pay the full cost of an eligible Roadside Assistance Service, Your Service Contract
may reimburse the remaining eligible expenses, subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and service limits of this Service Contract.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
STEP 1: Call our Service Department at 1-877-274-0012 or email us at service@apg2024.com
STEP 2: One of our Service Representatives will be available to assist You and guide You through the process
STEP 3: APG will verify Your eligibility and provide authorization instructions, including any applicable documentation requirements
STEP 4: Once authorized, APG may, at its sole discretion, arrange payment directly with the qualified Roadside Assistance provider for eligible Roadside Assistance Services, resulting in NO OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS to You for authorized services.
STEP 5: If direct payment is not available, You may arrange for a qualified Roadside Assistance provider, pay the provider directly, and submit the required documentation to APG for reimbursement in accordance with the terms, conditions, exclusions, and service limits of this Service Contract
