WINDSHIELD + EXTERIOR GLASS SERVICES
Windshield + Exterior Glass Repair
This Service Contract provides coverage for the repair of minor chips and cracks to Your windshield or other Exterior Glass caused by propelled Road Hazard debris, including, but not limited to, rocks, wood debris, metal parts, plastic, or composite materials, provided that the damage occurs while You are travelling on a public road or highway.
Windshield + Exterior Glass Replacement
This Service Contract provides coverage for the replacement of Your windshield or other Exterior Glass when the glass has sustained covered Road Hazard damage, including damage caused by propelled rocks, wood debris, metal parts, plastic, composite materials, or other road debris, provided that the damage occurs while You are travelling on a public road or highway.
Replacement will be provided when the damaged windshield or Exterior Glass cannot be safely or properly repaired, as determined by an authorized technician.
Exterior Glass
Includes all exterior glass components of the Vehicle other than the windshield, including, as applicable, sunroofs, panoramic roofs, moonroofs, side glass, rear glass, quarter glass, side-view mirror glass, and any other permanently installed exterior glass components.
Maximum Benefit
Covers the replacement glass, installation, and, where required as a result of a covered windshield replacement, the calibration or recalibration of the Vehicle’s Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), cameras, sensors, and other related safety systems, subject to the applicable per-replacement benefit limit and Maximum Aggregate Benefit.
UNLIMITED OCCURRENCES
There is no limit on the number of eligible repairs or replacements during the Term.
The total amount We will pay or authorize for all covered services combined is subject to the Maximum Aggregate Benefit.
OEM REPLACEMENT AVAILABLE
If You have purchased the OEM Replacement Surcharge, eligible covered windshield and Exterior Glass replacements may be completed using original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacement components, subject to the terms, conditions, and applicable benefit limits of Your coverage.

Eligible Windshield + Exterior Glass Services are available throughout Canada and the continental United States.
Freedom to Choose Your Provider
Use the Windshield + Exterior Glass provider You trust. No provider network is required.
NO OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS
When APG arranges payment directly with the provider, You will have no out-of-pocket costs for authorized covered services, subject to the applicable terms and benefit limits.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
STEP 1: Call our Service Department at 1-877-274-0012 or email us at service@apg2024.com.
STEP 2: One of our Service Representatives will be available to assist You and guide You through the process.
STEP 3: APG will verify Your eligibility and provide authorization instructions, including any applicable documentation requirements.
STEP 4: Once authorized, APG may arrange payment directly with the qualified Windshield + Exterior Glass provider for eligible services, You will have NO OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS for authorized services, subject to the applicable terms and benefit limits.
STEP 5: If direct payment is not available, You may arrange for a qualified Windshield + Exterior Glass provider, pay the provider directly, and submit the required documentation to APG for reimbursement in accordance with the terms, conditions, exclusions, and service limits of this Service Contract.
