TIRE + WHEEL SERVICES
Road Hazards can happen when you least expect them.
Potholes, nails, debris and other objects encountered while travelling can cause unexpected damage to your Tires and Wheels.
Tire + Wheel Protection helps provide peace of mind by covering eligible Services when covered Road Hazard damage affects these important components of your Vehicle.
Covered Services include Tire repair for eligible repairable punctures and similar damage, as well as Tire replacement when covered Road Hazard damage makes an eligible Tire unrepairable. This Service also includes eligible Wheel repair or replacement when a Wheel becomes Unserviceable as a direct result of a covered Road Hazard.
This Service also helps take care of your Vehicle's Appearance with eligible Wheel Cosmetic repair for qualifying damage to the outward-facing portion of a covered Wheel caused by incidental contact with a curb, pothole or Road Hazard. When a covered Tire is replaced, specified mounting and balancing Services are also included.
APPEARANCE + LIGHTING SERVICES
Your Vehicle deserves to look its best. Appearance + Lighting protection helps take care of eligible minor damage that can affect your Vehicle's Appearance and Exterior Lighting components.
Covered Services include eligible Paint and Scratch repair, Paintless Dent repair, and repair or replacement of covered Headlights, Taillights, and Fog lights damaged by Road Hazard debris. From minor scratches, chips, dents, and dings to eligible lighting damage, this Service helps keep your Vehicle looking great and ready for the road.
GLASS SERVICES
Your Windshield and Exterior Glass play an important role in visibility, safety and
the overall Appearance of your Vehicle.
Windshield + Exterior Glass Protection provides Service for eligible repair or replacement when your Windshield or other covered Exterior Glass is damaged
by a covered Road Hazard while travelling on a public road or highway.
Eligible minor chips and cracks may be repaired when the damage can reasonably be addressed using an appropriate repair process. When covered damage makes the Windshield or Exterior Glass unsafe or unsuitable for repair, eligible replacement Services are available subject to the terms and applicable benefit limits of the Service Contract.
Exterior Glass includes eligible permanently installed Exterior Glass components other than the Windshield, including sunroofs, panoramic roofs, moonroofs, side glass, rear glass, quarter glass and side-view mirror glass, as applicable.
Where required as a direct result of a covered Windshield replacement, eligible ADAS calibration or recalibration is also included. An OEM Replacement Option is available where purchased.
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICES
Help is available when unexpected Vehicle trouble leaves you needing assistance on the road. Whether you're close to home or away from it,
Roadside Assistance provides access to eligible Services when your
Vehicle is disabled or requires roadside help.
Services include Towing, Battery Boost Assistance, Flat-Tire Assistance,
Fuel or EV Charge Delivery, and Lock-Out Assistance.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
STEP 1: Call our Service at 1-877-274-0012 or email us at service@apg2024.com
STEP 2: One of our Service representatives will be available to assist you and guide you through the process.
STEP 3: APG will verify your eligibility and provide authorization instructions, including any applicable documentation requirements.
STEP 4: Once authorized, APG may arrange payment directly with the qualified Road Hazard + Appearance provider.
You will have no out-of-pocket costs for authorized Services, subject to the applicable terms, conditions, and benefit limits.
STEP 5: If direct payment is not available, you may arrange for a qualified Road Hazard + Appearance provider, pay the provider directly, and submit the required documentation to APG for reimbursement in accordance with the terms, conditions, exclusions, and service limits of this Service Contract.
